OUR PROCESS

Discovery & Design 1-2 Weeks

As we learn about your gifting requirements, we develop a design board and iterate with you and our vendors to ensure we capture the products, theme, materials to match your goals. Upon approval of the budget and timelines, we send a proposal to start the project.

Production 1-3 Weeks *

A final product proposal and contract is sent so that we can get to work on your project.  During this time, issues and risks that may impact your project will be communicated.

Fulfillment 1-2 weeks

This is when we assemble your gifts and prepare them for shipping and/or delivery.  Gifts will ship via USPS mail from 1-5 business days and tracking details sent to you.
